Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for wholesale hand tool orders:
- T/T (bank transfer) — 40% deposit, 60% balance before container loading
- L/C at sight — available for orders of USD 30,000 and above
- Western Union — for samples and small-value orders
- PayPal — for samples and small-value orders
- WorldFirst — for buyers using cross-border payment platforms
All prices are quoted FOB Qingdao unless otherwise agreed. EXW, CIF and DDP are available on request. Currency: USD / RMB.
Lead Time
- Standard orders: 15–30 days after order confirmation
- In-stock SKUs: contact us for the current lead time on in-stock items
- OEM first order / new mold: contact us for the schedule on first OEM orders (sampling alone takes 20–30 days for new molds)
Lead time depends on product type, order quantity and packaging requirements. We confirm the exact schedule in writing before production starts.
Shipping Ports
We ship from Qingdao, Lianyungang or Rizhao port. The port is selected based on your destination, shipping line schedule and freight rate. Both FCL and LCL shipments are supported, and mixed-container orders are welcome.
Shipping Methods
- Sea freight — FCL (20GP / 40GP / 40HQ) and LCL consolidation
- Air freight — for urgent restocking
- Express courier — DHL / FedEx / UPS for samples and small parcels
Packaging
Standard packing is inner box or blister, export carton, pallet and stretch film for moisture protection. Customer-specified packaging — color box, blister card, printed carton, custom shipping marks — is available for OEM orders.

Which ports do you ship from?
Qingdao, Lianyungang or Rizhao port in China, selected by your destination, shipping line schedule and freight rate. FCL and LCL are both supported.
What is the typical transit time from China to my country?
Sea freight: around 25–40 days to most European, Middle Eastern and South American ports; 15–25 days to Southeast Asia and Africa. Air freight: 3–7 days door-to-door for urgent restocking. Exact dates depend on the destination port, carrier and customs clearance.
Can you ship a mixed container?
Yes. Mixed-SKU and mixed-container orders are supported, with a low MOQ. See our import guide for the full process.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. You may nominate your own forwarder — we will release the cargo against the booking confirmation and coordinate the documents. If you do not have a forwarder, we can introduce one based on your destination.
