Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples are available for most items at a charge. The sample fee is deductible from your subsequent bulk order. Shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Existing-mold samples ship in 4–5 days; new-mold or custom samples take 20–30 days.
Do you offer free samples?
No. All samples are charged. The fee is credited back on your subsequent bulk order. For very small parts, sample fees are typically the same as the bulk unit price plus handling.
What is your MOQ for bulk orders?
MOQ is kept low, and mixed-SKU orders are supported. See OEM and ODM services for custom-branded items.
How are samples shipped — can I use my own courier account?
Yes. We ship samples by DHL, FedEx or UPS. You can use your own courier account (preferred for large or repeat orders) or we can arrange shipment and charge the actual freight.
Can I request a custom sample that is not in the catalog?
Yes. Send a drawing, reference photo or written specification. New-mold or custom samples typically take 20–30 days plus the mold-development cost, which is quoted per project.
