Frequently Asked Questions

Can you put our logo on the tools?

Yes. We support laser engraving and silk-screen printing on the tool body or handle, plus custom printing on packaging and labels. Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) for a clean result.

What is the MOQ for custom-branded orders?

Standard orders have a low MOQ and mixed-SKU orders are supported. For OEM orders with custom logo or packaging, the MOQ is confirmed per item based on the customization method — send us your artwork and target quantity for a firm MOQ.

How long does sampling take?

Samples using existing molds ship in 4–5 days. Samples requiring new molds, custom tooling or custom specifications take 20–30 days.

How much does a new mold cost?

Mold cost is quoted per project and depends on the part complexity, material and expected production volume. Send your drawing or sample and we will return a firm quotation. Molds developed for your orders are used only for your orders and are not reused for other customers.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM for hardware tools?

OEM means you already own the design — drawings, samples, a spec sheet — and we make to that. Typical cases: your own brand, private label, or an existing product with a small change (color, finish, packaging, logo). ODM means you bring the concept or the market gap, and we design and build the tool, including mold development. Typical cases: a new product line, a category you have never made before, or no in-house design team. Both routes run on the same low-MOQ, mixed-SKU model: MOQ is kept low and is confirmed per item, not per piece; mixed-SKU orders are supported. Sampling runs 4-5 days with existing molds and 20-30 days for new molds.
